1. Air Duct Cleaning System Inspection

We begin with a detailed assessment of your ductwork to identify dust buildup, blockages, damage, code violations, and potential contaminants.

2. Setup

Our technicians protect your home by preparing the work area and setting up equipment. We ensure your space stays clean and secure throughout the process. 

3. Residential Deep Duct & Vent Cleaning 

Using powerful agitation tools and a 5000 CFM HEPA-filtered negative air machine, we extract contaminants directly from your duct system. An 8–12 inch intake hose is attached to the main trunk lines while we seal and clean each vent individually. Registers and boots are sanitized.

4. Decontamination Treatment

A hospital-grade thyme-based aerosol is applied via fogging to eliminate mold, bacteria, and other pathogens throughout the system. 

5. Optional UV Light Installation

For long-term protection, we offer a whole-home UV light system installed within your ductwork to neutralize airborne microbes continuously.

6. Optional Price Dryer Vent Cleaning

As part of your service, we include a half-price dryer vent cleaning. We inspect and clean vents from both the interior and exterior terminations to reduce fire risk and improve dryer efficiency.

7. Final Inspection

We conclude with a detailed re-inspection to ensure every duct is clean, sanitized, and unobstructed, providing you with peace of mind and cleaner indoor air.
